Attraction Customer Service AI Agent

We are working on agents to help the Attraction industry response to customer service requests in the most efficient way, helping drive customer satisfaction and the teams productivity.

We have created a bespoke Agent that helps handle the typical enquiries that attractions face, leaving the team to handle more complex enquiries and focus on more critical tasks.

 

Using a mixture of AI tools (GPT/Claude) we can combine deterministic rules and AI generated responses to get a controlled experience that ensures the best response possible.

 

By providing the Agent with a combination of information from Internal knowledge base, the company website and any exceptions to the standard responses we are able to easily resolve common enquiries and escalate anything that needs to be. 

Common Enquiries:

  • Opening Hours - Sounds simple but once you factor in changes to regular hours due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances this is one area that AI bots tend to struggle with. We use AI to understand the date in which someone wishes to visit and then use deterministic rules to provide the correct answer. This is then run through AI to generate a nicely worded response. 
  • Parking - Handles temporary closures, changes to the normal rules
  • Tickets - Ticket enquiries, and possibility of building up an order and sending them to an online shop, we can link up to order details within Dynamics 365 to confirm entry time, ticket details
