Tip: #3 Re-Enable On-Demand Workflows in Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 Unified Interface Triggering On-Demand Workflows

If you have had Dynamics 365 prior to October 2019 with the Unified Interface you may have noticed the option to run on-demand workflows has vanished from the form ribbon. This is easy to enable, and any new instances will have this enabled by default.

To enable or disable Power Automate integration in your organization, follow these steps.

1. In the Power Platform admin center, select an environment.
2. Select Settings, then Product and navigate to the Behavior page.
3. Under Display behavior, select Show Power Automate on forms and in the site map to enable or disable Power Automate.
4. Select Save.

You will now notice you have the the flows menu icon where you can run Flows and legacy Workflows on demand.
